1Introduction & Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how SmbFlo ("smbflo.com," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our website, local search automation tools, SMS notification alerts, and application services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree to the practices described here, please do not authenticate your Google accounts, request SMS notifications, or access our workspace dashboard.
2Information We Collect
We only collect data necessary to provide operational review automation, account notifications, and performance analytics for local storefront nodes.
- Personal & Contact Data: While using our Service, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information, such as your business email address, business name, phone number, and support criteria.
- Google Account Credentials (OAuth): When you link your Google Business Profile, we request secure read/write authorization via Google OAuth to store your Google Account ID, Location IDs, business metadata, and API tokens.
- Review Data: We ingest and store customer review content, reviewer names, reviewer profile images, and ratings associated with your authorized Google Business locations.
3. Mobile Information & SMS Privacy (10DLC Compliance)
SmbFlo is committed to protecting your mobile privacy. We do not sell, rent, or trade mobile information to any third parties.
Required Non-Sharing Declarations:
• We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.
• All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS Program Details: Subscribers receive real-time SMS notifications regarding pending Google review drafts, low-rating rating alerts, and account updates.
Message Frequency & Rates: Message frequency varies based on customer review activity. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out & Support: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to our number. Reply HELP for support, or email support@smbflo.com.
4. Google API User Data Policy Compliance ("Limited Use")
SmbFlo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
- We only request OAuth permissions strictly necessary to display reviews and post owner-authorized replies (`https://www.googleapis.com/auth/business.manage`).
- We do not sell, rent, or transfer your Google user data to third-party databases, advertising networks, or data brokers.
5How We Use Your Data
- To generate automated review drafts using AI models (Google Gemini APIs). No customer PII is passed for model training.
- To dispatch real-time SMS and email alerts directly when low-rating reviews are captured.
- To manage subscription states and billing allocations via Stripe.
6Data Retention & Deletion Rights
- Data Erasure Request: You may request complete erasure of your stored phone number, email, and API logs by contacting support@smbflo.com.
- Disconnecting Google: You can revoke SmbFlo access at any time in your Google Account Security Dashboard.
7Third-Party Sub-Processors
- Stripe: Payment processing.
- Telnyx: SMS delivery and notification routing.
- Supabase: Database storage and access security.
