1Acceptance of Terms
By connecting your Google Business Profile, logging into our dashboard using authentication links, or accessing our automated systems, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you are registering on behalf of a local agency or multi-location network, you warrant that you possess the full legal authorization and corporate delegation to bind your company and clients to these agreements.
2Trial Period, Locations, & Subscription Conversion
We offer frictionless, flexible onboarding rules for testing and launching your review automation system:
- Selective Onboarding: Upon OAuth login, our system imports all discoverable Google Business storefront locations as inactive nodes. No data is processed, and no fees are calculated for ignored listings.
- 30-Day Free Trial: Once you manually select and activate an onboarding location node, a 30-day free trial is initialized. No credit card is required upfront.
- Active Conversion & Suspension:To maintain active review automation after your 30-day trial ends, you must provide valid payment details (processed via Stripe). If a card is not provided, the location status shifts to "suspended," and all automated post queues and alarms are paused.
3. Google Business Policy Compliance (Anti-Gating Agreement)
SmbFlo strictly operates as an operational, time-saving review responder helper. We operate completely within Google's standard terms of service.
Strict Rule: You may not use SmbFlo to facilitate, design, or implement review gating, review filtering, or review manipulation. Our software does not allow the systematic blocking, delaying, or filtering of negative reviews from posting to directories.
4AI-Generated Review Responses (Limitation of Liability)
SmbFlo leverages highly sophisticated, localized artificial intelligence models to assist with drafting, response translation, and local SEO-keyword indexing. You acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding AI outputs:
- Suggested Drafts Mode ("Notify Draft"): For rating star levels set to manual notify, you maintain full operational control and hold complete legal liability for editing, verifying, and hitting approve on the text prior to publication.
- Autopilot Mode ("Auto-Reply"): For ratings set to autopilot, you grant SmbFlo full authorization to generate and automatically post responses directly to your public Google Business Profile listing after a randomized 10–24 hour delay.
- Liability Cap: In no event shall SmbFlo, its developers, or its parent entity be liable for any customer disputes, public relation crises, search ranking drops, or local search directory penalties resulting from published AI-generated replies.
5Fee Structure, Billing, & Cancellations
Our fee structure calculates payments cleanly per active location node on your account:
- Subscriptions are processed on a monthly or annual recurring structure per activated storefront.
- You can cancel active autopilot packages on any individual storefront at any moment directly through your client dashboard, which prevents any future billing cycles on that node.
- All payments processed via Stripe are final and non-refundable, except where required by local consumer legislation.
